2026 SIKC Schedule Update: Cedar Lake Date Change

We want to share a small but important update regarding the 2026 Southern Illinois Kayak Club (SIKC) tournament schedule.

Due to an unforeseen permitting issue at Cedar Lake, we were required to adjust the date of that event after the schedule had already been released.

What Changed

• Cedar Lake Tournament

• New Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026

All other events on the 2026 SIKC schedule remain unchanged. The updated date is reflected in the schedule graphic included with this post and across our official channels.

We understand that schedule changes can be inconvenient, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through the logistical requirements that come with hosting events at multiple venues.
